About
It is truly an honor to collaborate and support whoever finds themselves called to embark on this process of greater embodiment.
As an artist and certified Rolfer®, I seek to understand and contribute to the world in a sensorial, supportive and compassionate manner. Being able to Introspectively experience realms of your body’s capacity for expression is incredibly empowering and supports its innate intuition and ability to heal.
It is my great hope that through this practice, I may guide others in exploring the far reaches of their movement potential while gaining a deeper sense of being.

Pilar Tena’s background is in fine arts having received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
A traumatic bike accident caused her to pause and reflect, sending her along a winding new path towards a more integrated and embodied being. Along the way she encountered multiple detours and signs leading her towards both a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga Practice and Rolfing Structural Integration. It became clear after going through the ten series in Los Angeles, to learn and share this important work with others.
She completed her education and certification from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO in March of 2020.
